An ultra-rare, unique LP 10 offered for sale: this is the second solo album recorded by violinist Aldo Ferraresi, pupil of the legendary violinist, composer and conductor Eug ne Ysa e. He is renowned for being among the first to have performed all 24 Paganini Caprices during the 20th century. His exceptional technique is widely recognized, as evidenced in the highly sought-after Recital La Voce Del Padrone, 1956, QCLP 12025 , considered one of the rarest classical recordings ever released in Italy.
This is the twin recording, and even much rarer 10 LP issued in the same year, a super obscure recording including compositions by Gershwin, Debussy, Mendelssohn and Dvorak, among others. The painting featured on the cover is by Luigi Veronesi 1954 . Fully laminated flipback sleeve.
