This is a genuine UK 1st pressing of this very rare early 1970 s UK Folk/ Folk-Rock LP. Lots of hippie lyrics relating to Notting Hill at the time. Actually a very good album overall. I have some other rare collectable UK original 1960 s 1970 s Folk, Prog, Psych, Rock etc... LP s for sale. Please see my other listings.
Gatefold Fold-Out Sleeve: There is more moderate to moderate rubbing wear on the spine on some areas. This is mainly on the majority of the rear spine edge. There is some rubbing wear, to a lesser extent, to the spine face too. The spine text has been mainly rubbed away. This has also caused a 3 cm seam split at the top edge of the spine. This is on the front part of the sleeve only. There is mild, very mild rubbing wear on the bottom edges. There is also considerable rubbing wear to the opposite side edge to the spine. There is moderate to considerable rubbing wear to the corner tips.
There is an old price 1.50 written neatly on the front sleeve. This is at the top right corner tip area. It is quite small is not too noticeable. A name and address has been written on the blank inner card on the opposite side of the cover. There is mild to more moderate rubbing wear on the top opening edges on some areas. There is also a tiny 0.5 cm hairline tear at the top edge of the front sleeve. This is not too noticeable. Overall, Good condition
Vinyl: There is a very mild 2 cm hairline surface mark on Side 2. This is not that noticeable under a strong light. There is a mild 1.5 cm surface rub mark on Side 1. There is alight 5 cm hairline surface mark on Side 2. Again, this is not too noticeable under a strong light. Otherwise, there are some light, mild, very mild or more moderate sleeve rubs, or surface rub marks, which can only be seen under a strong light. Overall, Very Good condition. The labels are in Very Good condition. A small name has been neatly written on both labels see photo . Otherwise, mild spindle wear.
The original Swirl polythene-lined company paper inner sleeve is in Very Good condition. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear creasing. There is more moderate fading. An address has been written neatly on one side. The inner polythene has come unstuck at the top of the inner edges. There are no seam splits.
I have fully play tested this LP. It plays Very Good overall Very Good in many places.
There is some light, mild, very mild or very minor crackle in the background to a varying degree. This never overpowers the music, and is only really noticeable in the quieter places. There are a couple of mild clicks of two separate tracks on Side 1. There are about 5 mild clicks near the start of Side 2. There are a couple of mild clicks on the penultimate track on Side 2 too. Overall, a very serviceable audio copy.
