Gatefold Cardboard Art Sleeve: VG See photos for condition - there are a couple of corner dings and there is natural bending of the cardboard inside.

Clear with Blue and Green Splatter vinyl. The non-playing sides of each LP have been printed on for this special Art edition.

Hand-made gatefold letterpress sleeve, signed by King Buzzo, Dale Crover and HAZE XXL and hand-numbered 4/100. Sold at the gig at Permanent Records, Los Angeles, 4th January 2015. With signed paper info sheet, hand-numbered 4/50 and with a silver Melvins stamp of authenticity.
