This auction is for the following record - Nathan Milstein Four Italian Sonatas with Leon Pommers, piano // Capitol Stereo SP 8481Purchased recently at garage sale - very clean and I have not cleaned cover of LP or the record Cover - lays perfectly flat - very, very light edge rubbing - titles are clear - minor tip and edge rubs at exit side but really minor / inch or less split at extreme top edge above exit side corner - cover is bright and glossy // hint of ring age to rear but again slight // easily VG and without the small split I would think closer to Near Mint than not - cover is quite sharp Sleeve has some tanning and has blue pencil SP 8464 lower corner - unsure if original owner accidentally switched sleeves or if that was original Side One / Side Two - Heavy vinyl - Both sides are very, very sharp and look barely played - looks as if played just a few times - listening sounds sharp with very occasional surface sound and I am rather certain it is simply because it has never been cleaned - record is easily Excellent and I believe NM.
a stunner -- D2 and D4 stampers - labels are Label 60 ? style with rainbow.
This copy was found in Scranton PA and in the past I have found many great copies of Capitol records here that came directly from the plant - I believe this record had one owner and had never left the area which is one reason it is in excellent condition Tartini: Sonata in g Devil s Trill Vivaldi: Sonata in A, Op.
