Rare, sought after UK 1970 Vertigo large swirl 1st press prog gem - unheard of in condition as truly outstanding as this

I normally hesitate and think long and hard before grading the condition of a vinyl record as near mint but in this case I have no hesitation whatsoever : unquestionably near mint NM condition vinyl the same as the other Warhorse LP that I currently have for sale on ebay Flat and retaining it s original jet black lacquered sheen and even with close scrutiny under a bright light not a single blemish can be identified. Not even the usual one or two paper scuff lines. Goosebump time...amazing The labels are similarly near mint NM with all text and the iconic Vertigo swirl remaining perfectly intact - there are just 3 or 4 very small and extremely faint spindle trails adjacent to the centre hole on each side. Clearly, this is a record that has been meticulously looked after and played only a few times. Again, near mint NM condition non-laminated Howards Printers outer gatefold sleeve : impossible to fault with the single exception of a very small scuff mark and 1cm very light abrasion adjacent to this scuff on the reverse side towards the top right hand corner see photo - apart from this very minor blemish, perfect A lovely crisp cardboard sleeve with no edge scuffing, no creasing, no open edge fraying, perfect 90 degree corners with no rubbing, no unwanted writing, and all colours/art work/photos/text remaining perfectly intact, as perfect as the day this record was first purchased some 54 years ago - absolutely brilliant And, as expected, near mint NM stereo sound quality with no sticks, skips, repeats, clicks, distortion or background interference, You might come across just a couple of random and split second hints of some very, very background crackle but it is only static and no more than you would expect from a brand new record. Every track is a terrific listen with great tone and clarity throughout. Flawless Comes with excellent plus EX condition original and correctly dated poly-lined Vertigo swirl inner sleeve with no side splits, no edge fraying, no age discolouration towards, and only the most minor of a small area of surface creasing in one corner. Note that I always ship the vinyl in a new plain white inner sleeve in order to protect the original.
Simply put there cannot be many if any at all better condition copies of this rare 1970 UK Vertigo swirl prog gem than this. Truly an archive copy

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
