2009 Limited Edition Repress on Super Heavyweight Vinyl with Brand New Sleeve Notes
I haven t heard the original UK creation pressing but it was cut DMM
from the CD-ready digital file anyway, and i ve got the original CD.
between the original CD, this 2009 reissue, and the 2022 japanese red
vinyl pressing cut from the 2016 digital remaster, this 2009 vinyl is
easily the best. while the CD has a nice treble airiness, it s a bit
shrill and of course extremely loud. the 2016 digital remaster and
everything that came from it is a mess, including the 2022 japanese red
vinyl which is also cut too hot and sounds terrible. This 2009 vinyl
strikes a nice balance with the EQ - natural midrange without losing the
bass foundation or muffling the highs, and is easily the most dynamic
of them all. Get this one, it s totally worth it if you love this record
