This is the original Mono pressing Blue Note 1557.
Label and cover read Blue Note Records - 47 West 63rd - New York 23 .
LP looks VG- with scuffs/scratches but plays VG/very nice.
Cover is VG /EX- with 5 inch seem split on bottom.
Cover would be EX if not for seem split.
