Up for sale is a used copy of Alice In Chains self-titled double LP vinyl record. This is an original pressing from their 1995 release on Columbia records. NO RESERVE Auction.
I have owned this record for many years and it has been well cared for. I am a collector and music lover and I know how to take care of my records. My 100 feedback reflects this. However, it still is a 30-year old record so it does show normal signs of wear. I have taken as many pictures as I can to accurately reflect the condition. I have also play tested the entire record and I have documented any areas of note or concern that I myself would want to know about if I was purchasing an expensive, highly sought after record.
Note: If you are looking for a MINT/Flawless condition record, this is not for you-look elsewhere and buy a sealed copy for 1k.
Jacket and sleeves:
The jacket is in very good condition with a few digs at the corners see pictures as well as some ringwear at the top of the back cover from 11 o clock to 1 o clock . Both inner sleeves have a folded corner and some wrinkling but no tears. The inner sleeves have not housed the records at ANY point since I have owned this which has been a long time, though I am NOT the original owner of the record. Anti-static sleeves have housed the records since I have owned it.
Records:
Side A: This side has a long scuff that starts approximately halfway through the record and travels to the end. It does NOT impact play at all. I repeat, it does NOT impact play. No skipping, not even popping Hard to believe right, but I play tested it right before listing it and it does not impact play whatsoever. It looks like it would but it must purely be surface level and not groove level. Trust me, I don t want you having to return this thing-that would make everyone mad.
Side B: Plays without ANY interruption no skips at all with VERY minor noise between tracks or quite passages. Very minor, normal non-impacting scuffs present on the record.
Side C: This side does have a scuff right at the start of the first track/lead in grooves which DOES impact play, causing about 45-60 seconds of minor crackling when the needle passes over that one section. However, it does not skip at ANY point when passing over this scuff, NONE.-just some crackling. The rest of the record plays fine.
Side D: Plays without ANY interruption no skips at all with VERY minor noise between tracks or quite passages. Very minor, normal non-impacting scuffs present.
In all honesty, this record plays phenomenally well. I think you will be extremely impressed by the condition. Happy to provide any other photos or answer any other questions you may have before you bid. .

I usually ship the same day as payment is received, except after 3pm EST or on Sundays. I will NOT be using media mail to ship this. I will ship with tracking and signature required. If that is going to be a problem, don t bid on the record. No exceptions.
