An auction of a single owner collection of over 250 Pin badges from the late 70 s and very early eighties including Punk, Reggae, Electronic, New Wave, Rock, Protest, Record companies, and other interesting and unusual badges. Many of the badges are from Better Badges. They range from small pins to large Bin Lid badges. MANY OF THESE ARE FAIRLY SCARCE , but I am just using the word Vintage to describe each lot. Due to time, some have been grouped into larger lots. Starting bids are either 9.99 or 4.99 for individual badges or duos and 19.99 for JOB LOTS
Conditions range from excellent condition to poor with many showing age related wear. Many have badge fatigue. With oxidation and foxing on many where I think they may have been stored in a shed. Given that many of these are coming up to 50 years old, it is not surprising that the show signs of age-related wear, but many have a lovely patina and worthy of any collection.

Badges are listed either individually or in small lots.
Many of the badges cover early Punk bands including well know names as well as more provincial bands and bands that became others over time and some bands that started earlier but burnt out quickly.
Postage is by 2nd class tracked 48 2.95 in the UK and overseas by a tracked international service Royal Mail for 9.99 which can cover several badges in a combined shipment. I have proper padded shipping packets and always use a tracked service.
The collection was acquired by me recently from a UK auction house and comprises around 250 Badges with around 230 being music related and some general non-Music related badges of the period like the Muppets and other advertising etc.
