The original Black Flag Nervous Breakdown 45 RPM EP, released in January 1979 on SST Records SST 001 , is a seminal hardcore punk record featuring vocalist Keith Morris, guitarist Greg Ginn, bassist Chuck Dukowski, and drummer Brian Migdol. Recorded in early 1978 and featuring iconic artwork by Raymond Pettibon, this EP was self-financed by Ginn and marked the debut release for both the band and the label.
