The sleeve is in great shape with only the slightest signs of handling.
Very minimal creasing and edge wear.

I understand most collectors have their own way of cleaning and I have always respected and honor that with all my listings.
I too am a collector with over 30 years buyung and selling. I understand we all do things differently.

I DO NOT OVER GRADE MY ITEMS
As we all know, there is nothing worse than receiving an item that is far from the assigned grade in its description. I always try and grade very fairly and even lean towards the undergrade if I m on the fence about it.
I d rather be happy to find my purchase in better condition than described, than to be disappointed with an over graded item.

SHIPPING
As we all know, shipping is a killer these days. To simplify this I typically use eBays calculated shipping. With this shipping option, eBay will automatically calculate the shipping charge a buyer sees based on their location. I always choose the most economical parcel pick up method unless specifically requested otherwise by the winning bidder.
All records are shipped in cardboard mailers with the record and paper Sleeve removed from the cover to prevent seem splits during transportation.
I know this is a lot of information but I prefer to be as thorough as possible and want my customers to feel good about their purchases. After all, we all work hard for our money and deserve great customer service regardless of the marketplace.
