Track A5 title: "Fanny (Be Tender Wite My Love)" instead of "Fanny (Be Tender With My Love)". Correct title appears on the sleeve.
Track A1 & A5 songwriting credits omit Maurice Gibb.
The bottom of the B-side label reads "ROS Records" instead of "RSO Records". The correct company name appears on the A-side label.

In addition, on both label and sleeve, durations of tracks A2 and A3 (4:32 and 3:43 respectively) are wrong.
