- Song titles and artist name in condensed font
- On orchestra conductor credit, "by" comes before Dick Stabile's name on second line rather than after "Conducted" on first line

Lacquers with 'N' within matrix numbers (i.e. 45-14643-N2) cut in New York, while those with 'D' (such as 45-14658-D4) were cut in Hollywood.
