Issued with 4 glossy photographs, a double-sided poster, white inner sleeves.

Embossed lettering (The Beatles) on the cover, along with an embossed 6-digit number (preceded by a o with an underscore under it).

Opens from the top on gate-fold jacket sleeve.

"Stereo" imprinted on rear jacket sleeve.

PCS 7067/PCS 7068. # on the cover (spline) is 1 C 192-04 173/74.

On the label of side 1 track 3 is called "Glass Union" (instead of the song's real name "Glass Onion").

On the label of side 3 it says "(YEX 711", so without the last bracket.

Note that the matrix on side 4 says "YEX 712-1-F".
