Label:
Orange Capitol label but first line of label is "HEY JUDE" not "THE BEATLES", in contrast to Capitol releases such as [r2551986].
Also, left margin of tracks listed above center hole is NOT in straight line with list below center hole.
FInally, below tracklist on both sides of label: "Produced by George Martin / Recorded in England" in bold italic font, and, below that, in much smaller type, "℗ Capitol Records, Inc." which is absent on other releases.
This variation label appears only to occur with a couple mid-70s transitional releases on Capitol label in Apple packaging, such as [r5533651].
Gold rim text on label says "MFD. BY CAPITOL RECORDS, INC., A SUBSIDIARY OF CAPITOL INDUSTRIES-EMI, INC., U.S.A. • ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. UNAUTHORIZED DUPLICATION IS A VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAWS."

Vinyl:
On this release, as opposed to [r5533651] which is an LA pressing, both A and B sides have hand-etched version of MCA Pinckneyville plant signifier, and the name "Jay" signed after "MASTERED BY CAPITOL."

Jacket/sleeve:
Apple logo on back cover in lower left corner of photo and bottom line of rear text says "Manufactured by APPLE RECORDS INC." with NY address.
NO Capitol or EMI logo on jacket/sleeve.

Track B4 is written as 'Ballad Of John & Yoko' on the label and 'Ballad Of John And Yoko' on the back cover. No "The."
