The heavy duty vinyl is a conservative VG .
I have owned this record for 25 years and played if for the first time just now on Rega RP3, Ortofon, Naim kit.
It plays superbly with no jumps.
Mick Ronson s guitar is clear and crisp - he s on fire on this LP.
Taking the LP out into the blazing sun to inspect, there are the ineviatble hairlines and marks around the spindle hole.
The record would probably benefit from a clean as it has been stored in a cupboard amongst other LPs , upright for 25 years and not played.
There is a smudge on track one side one which will almost certainly clean off but I did not want to attempt any cleaning with this LP.
The sleeve is, of course, notoriously difficult to find in great shape.
As it is textured and not laminated.
But this example is just great.
No splits or tears or writing or stains.
The top edge of the sleeve has some slight scuffing.
The spine is sharp, near perfect.
Three ot the four corners are sharp, the lower right hand one just starting to round off a bit.

Matrix numbers are machine stamped and are 6338041 1Y//1 420 and 6338041 2Y//1 420.
Mothers are I think 114 and 111 but they are not easy to make out.
