Beatles 3rd State Peeled Butcher Cover w/ Removed Trunk Slick You are bidding on a genuine 1966 professionally peeled Butcher Cover that comes complete with the removed trunk slick and mono record and Capitol inner sleeve.
This is an awesome peel and a solid jacket with only minor condition issues.
Butcher Covers in this type of condition are getting harder to come by and are commanding higher prices even as second states.
Make no mistake, this is a beauty Top and bottom seams are mostly complete with just an inch of abrasion on the bottom seam and half inch on the top seam near the catalog number see photo .
Spine is average with all printing with just some checking and cracks most notable through the words Yesterday and Today and a tiny chip of paper missing at the very top of the spine.
All printing is present but the spine shows some age tanning.
The back of the jacket is fairly clean with very little ring wear.
Small checkmarks near the song titles on the back.
The removed trunk slick is included and with noticable wear and tear from the peel see photo .
Scranton record that came with this is included and has not been play graded but appears to be noticeably scratched and in only fair condition.
This record can be easily replaced.
Inner sleeve is golden Capitol Scranton inner is included with a bottom seam split.
This is a used item that is being sold in as is condition.
