I ve decided to sell some of my Marc Bolan / T. Rex record collection. I will be listing items as and when I get the time over the coming weeks and months. This auction is for an original 1966 UK 7 demo pressing of Hippy Gumbo / Misfit by Marc Bolan.

It has Demonstration Record - Not For Sale on both sides and the KT tax stamp on the A side.
This record is in absolutely fantastic condition. It looks stunning and plays through perfectly.
There are no scratches, jumps, pops or clicks. Even the run in and run out grooves are silent.
I have no hesitation in grading it as NEAR MINT condition.
It comes in its original Parlophone sleeve which is in excellent condition.
I thought long and hard about whether to sell this record as it was the star item in my collection.
In the end I thought maybe it s time for some other Bolan fan or collector to own such a rare item.
I know whoever buys this will be more than pleased with it.
It could be a very long time if ever until a copy as good as this comes up for sale again.
