The time has come for me to sell my punk and rock pin badges
In my punk days - like so many others - I was an avid badge collector
I used to go to gigs almost every night - Marquee, Camden Palace, Speakeasy I used to work in the cloak room in 1978 etc, and knew a lot of people in a lot of bands so many of my badges were given to me by band members. I was always asking them for their badges, and being a girl I was usually given them
I have approximately 300 and will be listing them all soon
I was friends with Ray at the time he released his scrapbook so he gave me a few of them which I still have somewhere
He also gave this badge
I m not really sure how to grade the condition so I ll just have to give my honest opinion
Stevenson: 5.2 cm very good
Pistols: 3.5 cm not great - the marks are under the badge, it s still smooth to the touch
